How Live Radio Log works: Station DJ places a CD in the station player. When a signal is transmitted (usually by the volume controller on the mixer-board) to a dedicated computer running Live Radio Log a search is begun to extract artist, song, track, and album information from either CDDB.com or FreeDB.com. The information is recorded in the database and simultaneously displayed on the radio station’s website playlist. How long does this take? A nano second! | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
